01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the user, and 55bb23, operator of the online casino and Sports Betting platform available at 55bb23.best. Using any part of the platform — including browsing, registration, deposits, betting, and access to the VIP Program — constitutes full acceptance of this document.

55bb23 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Whenever a relevant update is made, users will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector in Brazil.

02 Registration and Account

To use 55bb23, you must create an account by providing the following accurate and up-to-date information: full legal name as shown on an official document, valid CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Core account rules:

• Each individual may hold only one active account at 55bb23. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF will be suspended automatically.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with third parties or allow anyone else to use your account to place bets or make withdrawals.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. You will need to submit a government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and a recent proof of address.
• 55bb23 may request additional verification of the source of funds for significant withdrawals, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Keep your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify 55bb23 support.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee, as communicated in advance to the account holder.

55bb23 does not accept accounts from legal entities. The platform is exclusively for individual users aged 18 or over who are residents of Brazil.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 55bb23 are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: R$ 10.00.
• Accepted methods: Pix (instant credit), boleto bancário (credited within up to 3 business days after clearance), credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.
• Pix deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation by the Banco Central do Brasil.
• 55bb23 does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees charged by the user's own financial institution are the user's responsibility.
• The bank account holder or Pix key used for deposits must match the registered 55bb23 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for standard users, and within 5 minutes for Platinum and Diamond VIP members.
• Pix withdrawals must be sent to a key registered under the same CPF as your 55bb23 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• For high-value withdrawals, 55bb23 may request additional identity verification before processing. This procedure is in place to protect users against fraud.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are subject to fulfillment of the rollover requirements applicable to the specific bonus used.
• 55bb23 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any TED transfer fees charged by the user's bank are the user's responsibility.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

55bb23 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, free spins, and other seasonal promotions. Each offer has specific conditions that are published at the time the promotion becomes available. The rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions of each offer.

• No bonus is activated automatically without the user's explicit consent. You decide whether to accept or decline any promotion.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) is calculated on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and are always disclosed before activation.
• Bets placed with bonus balance do not count toward VIP point accumulation. Only bets made with real balance generate points in the 55bb23 VIP Program.
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate in your wallet. Your real balance can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of your bonus balance.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per CPF, address, device, and payment method. Multiple claim attempts are detected automatically and result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account suspension.
• 55bb23 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, including the use of multiple accounts or any other behavior that violates the platform's terms of use.
• Promotions have an expiration date. Bonuses not used within the valid period are automatically canceled with no compensation.

The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is credited as real balance with no rollover requirement. This benefit is subject to specific rules outlined in Section 7 (VIP Program) of this document.

05 Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section at 55bb23 covers national and international competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, UFC, NBB, e-sports (CBLOL, among others), and dozens of other sports. The rules below apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be canceled by the user after confirmation.
• 55bb23 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the event of a technical error in odds publication, incorrect event information, or circumstances that compromise the integrity of the competition.
• If an event is canceled or postponed to a date more than 72 hours after the original schedule, all bets on that event are automatically canceled and the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance.
• Bets on events that start before the scheduled time may be cancelled if the user placed the bet after the event had already begun.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to specific validation rules and may be declined if a transmission delay compromises the fairness of the bet.
• 55bb23 publishes free tips from its analysis team as an informational service. These tips do not constitute financial advice and do not guarantee any outcome. The decision to place a bet always rests with the user.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. Maximum bet limits vary by market and the user's VIP level.

In the event of a dispute over an event's outcome, 55bb23 uses official competition sources as the reference for bet settlement. The platform's decision, based on those official sources, is final.

06 Casino Games

07 VIP Program

The 55bb23 VIP Program has four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progressive benefits including weekly cashback, a dedicated account manager, higher limits, and personalized bonuses. Enrollment in the VIP Program is automatic for all users with a verified account.

• VIP points are earned at a rate of one point per BRL wagered using real balance on any product on the platform. Bets placed with bonus balance do not earn VIP points.
• Points are tracked over a rolling 90-day period. At the end of each period, a point total below the current tier threshold will trigger an automatic tier adjustment.
• The weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses from the previous week (real money wagers minus real money winnings). Bonus balance is not factored into the calculation.
• VIP cashback is credited every Monday as real balance with no rollover requirement. It can be withdrawn immediately via Pix.
• A dedicated VIP account manager, available from Gold level onward, provides personalized support. Platinum and Diamond members have 24/7 access to their manager.

08 Responsible Gambling

• Fraudulent behavior in relation to bonuses and promotions, including colluding with third parties to exploit bonus conditions abusively.
• Money laundering or any illicit financial activity identified by the platform's monitoring tools or reported by competent authorities.
• Violation of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, balances derived from bets deemed fraudulent may be confiscated. Balances from legitimate deposits not involved in invalid bets will be returned to the user following identity verification.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55bb23 support. The process is completed within 48 hours. Withdrawal of any remaining balance follows the standard verification procedures before processing.
